This two-day lecture course is designed for boiler operators, facilities maintenance and frontline supervisory personnel. This class reviews boiler fundamentals and the ancillary equipment required to support its operation. There will be an emphasis on the safe and efficient operation of low pressure hot water boilers and related equipment. AFE Certified.

Cleaver-Brooks Systems Plus
Level 1: Operations, Safety, Reliability and Efficiency
This two-day lecture course is designed for boiler operators, facilities maintenance and frontline supervisory personnel. This class reviews boiler fundamentals and the ancillary equipment required to support its operation. There is an emphasis on boiler safety throughout, including proper operating practices to maximize efficient, safe and reliable service of your Cleaver-Brooks boiler equipment.

Pump Training
Centrifugal Pumps Training
This one-day class is designed for maintenance and operator personnel responsible for operating, repairing and troubleshooting centrifugal pumps and mechanical seals. Topics include basic pump types, hydraulics, operation tips, proper installation/startup, operating procedures and routine maintenance.
Field examples with photos/videos are used with actual pumps and seals to enhance comprehension.

On-Site, Custom Boiler & Pump Training
Site-specific boiler and pump training is beneficial because it is equipment-specific. We assess the boiler and pump system, including boiler controls, system implications and more. Once the analysis is complete, we review best practices for boiler equipment maintenance, pump maintenance and troubleshooting. Custom boiler and pump training is more helpful for maintenance employees looking to better understand their onsite boiler and pump system.

Attendees will be given a completion certificate approved by the AFE (Association for Facilities Engineering), which can be applied towards continuing education recertification.
